By accessing and using Water-Eject.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Beat Squad LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Water-Eject.com provides free browser-based audio tools including:

  • Water ejection from phone speakers using sound frequencies
  • Headphone audio quality and bass testing
  • Speaker performance testing and diagnostics
  • Subwoofer bass testing and calibration

The Service runs entirely in your web browser using the Web Audio API. No app download, account creation, or personal information is required to use the Service.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

The audio tools provided by this Service generate sound frequencies through your device speakers. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for setting appropriate volume levels on your device.
  • Excessive volume may cause hearing discomfort or damage to speakers.
  • The water ejection tool is not a substitute for professional device repair.
  • Devices with severe water damage may require professional service regardless of tool usage.
  • You should not place speakers near your ears during water ejection playback.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Beat Squad LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of water removal from any specific device.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beat Squad LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damage to your device, hearing, speakers, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, and audio processing technology on Water-Eject.com are the property of Beat Squad LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or audio algorithms of the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service.
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially reuse any part of the Service without written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will stay in full effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Beat Squad LLC regarding the use of Water-Eject.com.
